Innotec is Employee-Owned through the ESOP Program (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), where every employee owns part of the company.

In contrast to a standard management-run structure, our corporate culture is based around small groups of employees working together to innovate and build high quality parts that meet the needs of our customers.

Living in West Michigan

Innotec’s headquarters are located in Zeeland, MI. Being a short drive away from downtown Grand Rapids as well as from the sandy beaches of Holland and Grand Haven, there is always something to do! West Michigan is full of unique opportunities for socializing, exploring, and learning. These include year-round hiking trails to enjoy the state’s natural beauty, ski resorts and outdoor ice rinks in the winter season, and gorgeous beaches and sand dunes during the summer. Innotec employees can also enjoy downtown Grand Rapids, which is a growing city with a vibrant nightlife, cafes, restaurants, marathons, and events.

Internships and Co-ops

Innotec’s internship and co-operative program exposes students to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where they will learn new skills and gain hands-on experience. Interns and co-ops work with small teams of Innotec employees in a project-based continuous improvement environment.

Employees with internships and co-ops have exposure to all aspects of operations including production and process improvement, material and inventory management, quality, logistics, finance and customer support. A typical day for an Innotec intern is incredibly varied, with purposeful time spent on improvement projects aligned with the student’s skills and passions.
